Description of the contract

Civil Service Employee Policy is currently designing a pay and reward strategy support service for delivery across the Civil Service, with a view to rolling out a full pay strategy service for April 2014. Alongside and integrated into this design work, CS Employee Policy is currently providing support to around 5/6 departments in relation to various pay strategy issues: either helping them to review their pay strategy overall, or working with them in delivering this year’s pay remit. Civil Service Employee Policy require consultancy support to provide specialised expertise on cross-sector pay and reward strategies, and their potential applicability to Civil Service departments. They will use this expertise to support CS Employee Policy in the design, development and early delivery of their pay and reward service.
