Metropolitan is seeking to procure the services of suitably experienced organisation with the capability to deliver a Fully managed payroll service to meet the requirements of its Board, Executive Management Team and staff.
We are looking for an organisation that is financially sound, has the capacity to carry out the service, understands the complexity of the housing and care and support sectors and the peripatetic nature of the care and support workforce. Provide evidence of the required statutory accreditations, qualifications and recognition of professional payroll bodies, can evidence a commitment to quality assurance/ quality management, a track record of implementing the transfer of an internal payroll service to an external provider and can demonstrate an active policy on equality and diversity. The organisation must be customer focused with a proven commitment to collaboration with clients, their partners and their extended supply chains to continuously improve the service provided.
