Oldham Council and Rochdale MBC seek to appoint a specialist contractor to provide deep cleaning and graffiti removal services across the boroughs. The highly successful contractor will demonstrate: – • a highly developed understanding of all aspects concerning deep cleansing and graffiti removal; including experience of work to sensitive / listed structures. • a track record of delivering high quality professional services in the public realm; and • a socially engaged approach with a real commitment to the community and its environment.
