The Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking to commission a provider for the provision of an externally hosted Education Management information system. The application will be in daily use by staff across Children’s Services. It will act as the main education database, with a data core linking to modules used by School Admissions, SEND, Educational Psychology, Attendance & Behaviour Service and other services to schools.

The Council reserves the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or award a contract for a part of the services at its sole discretion. The council shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of it’s exercise of that discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and/or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Council shall be incurred entirely at the applicant’s/tenderer’s risk.

Tenderers are to note that the closing date to request and be issued tender documents is 04.01.17; closing date for tenderers to ask questions or seek clarifications is 6.1.2017 and closing date for return of completed tender documentation is 12:00 on Thursday 12.1.2016.
