The tender is divided into five lots and tenders are invited for single or multiple lots. Providers will need to demonstrate access to a minimum number of accommodation units in each of the areas which can be owned, leased, managed through a housing management agreement, provided through arrangements with the local authorities or registered providers.

Arun: Indicative Annual Contract Value = £210 000.

Chichester: Indicative Annual Contract Value = £160 000.
