The authority requires suppliers to provide external independent investigation services relating to complaints of bullying, harassment or sexual misconduct, raised under the Independent Complaints and Grievance Scheme (ICGS). The authority will consider submissions from organisations able to provide sufficient investigators to investigate many of the expected cases but will also consider submissions from individuals who would only expect to investigate a small number of cases each year.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:

The authority is seeking suppliers to deliver bespoke investigation services to Parliament relating to bullying, harassment and sexual misconduct. The service is provided to existing and previous members of the Parliamentary community, including visitors to the Parliamentary Estate. The contract is for 2 years with the potential for an additional 2 years (1 plus 1). The contract will be awarded in August 2020 with the services being available from 25 September 2020. The supplier should clearly indicate if they intend to subcontract any of the services within their submission.
