West London Mental Health NHS Trust (WLMHT) is looking for a supplier to provide Independent Mental Health Advocacy Services for patients who are currently in our low and medium secure service.
The successful service provider will have been providing a successful advocacy service for at least last 2 years to people with mental health problems in a secure psychiatric setting or have retained services of individuals with same experience and must also be able to deliver the service to West London locations of WLMHT.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
West London Forensic Service provides a comprehensive multi-disciplinary assessment, treatment and rehabilitation service for men and women detained under the Mental Health Act in conditions of medium and low security. The service also provides secure.
WLMHT in-patients profile consist of a total of over 250 beds.
The service providers should have appropriate qualifications such as Independent Advocacy Qualification and either hold the Quality Performance Mark (QPM) or can demonstrate they are working towards achieving this.

After the expiry of initial contract term of 36 months, the contract may be further extended, at the sole discretion of WLMHT, by a maximum of 2 extensions of 12 months each.
