The Integrated Wellness Service to be provided falls within the service category of Health and Social care under schedule3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) (Directive Annex 11B) and are therefore classified as a part B services. Accordingly, the contract is not subject to the full application of the full Contract Regulations 2006 and the placement of this notice in the OJEU shall not be taken as constituting the submission by the Council to the Public Contracts Regulations or directive. In particular, although the council intends to follow the same procedure or similar to the restricted procedure, it reserves the right to alter this procedure if this appears desirable.
