The Royal Marsden is seeking to invite providers with a well-established track record of excellence in the delivery of leadership and management development to tender for the design and delivery of a world class Leadership and Management Development Programme for the Trust.
The Programme should consist of a bespoke modular component linked to the Trust’s 5 year strategy (Appendix 1) with a linked pathway for the completion of Level 6 Chartered Management degree or Level 7 Senior Leader Master’s degree via the apprenticeship levy. The programme will support the continued development of leadership capabilities meeting the Trust’s requirements for transformative leadership at every level and building a pipeline of future leaders.
