The Trust require the support of a professional and expert Leadership Management Consultancy service to provide specialist advise on the development of an initial 12 to 18 month programme. The contract will also include lots for coaching and action learning sets.

1)Short description

To provide strategic guidance and support to the CMFT leadership team in order to design, source the resources for and to effectively deliver the Leadership Summit, the Master Classes (it is envisaged that there will be around 6 of these) and the Leadership Conference. Additionally to support the development of an Organisational Development strategy which will incorporate the leadership development interventions.

1)Short description

To deliver Coaching to critical leadership cohort. The cohort will be offered up to 4 coaching sessions each throughout the duration of the programme. Some of this coaching may be facilitated internally although this is expected to be minimal. It is envisaged that a days coaching would incorporate 4 individual coaching sessions.

Precise information on deadline(s) for lodging appeals: Restricted procedures include a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to bidders. This period allows unsuccesful bidders to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. Applicants have two working days from the notification of the award decision to request additional debriefing and that information has to be provided a minimum of 3 working days before the expiry of the standstill period. Such information should be requested from NHS SBS. If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been succesfully resolved the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (SI 2006 no 5) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
