The Council is seeking to procure an on premise Legal Case Management System with associated services.
The System will need to be fully implemented with Go-Live by 31.3.2019 at the latest.
Using the latest technology, the Council requires a System that delivers the flexibility to enable the Council to provide an effective and efficient legal service with the ability to collaborate securely with partner organisations and to respond to changing requirements, legislation and emerging technologies.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The following are within the scope of this procurement:
— Supply of a Legal Case Management System with fully developed and configurable functionality,
— Migration of live Cases and Data from the existing case management system,
— The installation of the System on the Council’s infrastructure,
— Knowledge, training and skills transfer to allow the Council to use and administer the System,and
— Support and maintenance, including all upgrades, patches and minor fixes to the System.
Also Included within the scope of this procurement are the following optional requirements:
— Interfaces to allow Users to reference data legislation and legal information from external sources, and
— Migration of historic/closed Cases from the Council’s existing case management system to the new System.

The Contract shall be a supply arrangement for a Legal Case Management System and Associated Services for an initial period of 5 years with options to extend on an annual basis for up to 5 further years, taking the contract term up to a maximum of 10 years.
