The Welsh Government is re-tendering for the delivery of the All Wales Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence Helpline — to be known as the Live Fear Free Helpline following the award of the contract.
Welsh Government wishes to enter into a contract for the Live Fear Free Helpline for an initial period of 36 months, with an option to extend for 2 years subject to annual reviews. They are looking to appoint a Provider who can demonstrate they fully understand and can meet the requirements outlined in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document, through proven knowledge, experience and robust governance arrangements.
