Norfolk County Council distributes a magazine to approximately 394 000 GBP Norfolk residents (no business addresses). The value of the contract, including courier services, is currently about 285 000 GBP – 475 000 GBP, for the distribution of four editions annually. It is 24 pages, A4 and weighs just under 60g.
Norfolk County Council is conducting the procurement exercise. The contract will be for 3 years, with an option to extend for a further 2 years, subject to satisfactory performance, recurrent funding being available and any relevant changes in law which may affect the contract. Applicants are invited to complete and return the pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) at the back of this document so that we may shortlist appropriate providers to issue an invitation to tender.
The chosen supplier will oversee the distribution of Your Norfolk magazine across the county of Norfolk as detailed in this PQQ, the contract, service specification and invitation to tender.
