The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is reviewing its media planning and buying provision. We are looking to appoint an agency to help us achieve strategic student and brand reputation objectives in an increasingly challenging and competitive environment.
We are looking for an agency to work closely with the internal team in the development and execution of media planning and buying. The agency will have specialist knowledge of all media channels and be able to demonstrate: a capacity for strategic thinking, using customer insight for campaign planning; experience of and expertise in planning across numerous traditional and digital media channels; a proven ability to procure the best rates across media channels for the client; proven experience in providing campaign metrics and the ability to critically review each campaign in terms of ROI; ability to respond to requests within tight deadlines/short timescales both in terms of campaign planning and provision of metrics; and a strong customer service ethic encompassing account management, advice and an honest approach to challenging our thinking.
