SMBC require a Systems Integrator (SI) to help implement the new Oracle cloud solution. SMBC has considerable skills and experience with Oracle e-Business suite but not yet with Oracle cloud. The addition of an experienced Oracle cloud systems integrator will ensure SMBC is fully able to adopt and exploit the opportunities presented from this transition.
The objectives of this tender is as follows:
— engage a SI partner with recent UK Local Government experience of EBS to Oracle Cloud work to lead and support SMBC’s transition to Oracle cloud,
— for this SI partner to lead SMBC through:
— the adoption of cloud business processes,
— to set up pilot systems for us to verify and sign off,
— assist SMBC with cultural change aspects,
— undertake training assessment and delivery,
— to provide go-live and first year-end support,
— ensure stable conditions for the end of the SI contract.
