Education and training services. Specialist training services. The requirement is to provide training course’s for Ambulance Technician’s, Paramedic Pre –test exams and Paramedic students beginning in 2013. The training should include academic studies and secondment to an Ambulance Trust, where students will receive support, mentoring, and uniform for the practical content of the course. The Contractor must be able to provide Blue Light Driver Training. Courses will have a professional and academic focus, linking theory and practice. The training route must include all HPC and British Paramedic Association curriculum requirements. The duration of this training is not to exceed 30 weeks to minimise disruption to operational duties.
