II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The Combined Nuclear Pension Plan (CNPP) is a trust based multi-employer segregated pension scheme for workers of certain employers engaged in UK civil nuclear decommissioning activities. The Trustee is seeking to appoint a “bundled” DC provider covering administration and investment for the DC Sections of the Plan.
The procurement is being undertaken by CNPP Trustee Ltd the trustee to the CNPP. The Trustee is conducting this procurement as if it were subject to the requirements of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
