Working closey with the WCTL team, this Lot will focus on delivering new food and beverage offers that reinforce the Virgin Trains values, meet pre agreed budgets and are deliverable using the existing equipment and facilities. 1)Short description
The purchasing and distribution of products , ingredients and equipment for service to Virgin Trains customers. This will include all food and beverage products, as well as disposables, cleaning and other products and equipment required to deliver a safe, efficient and quality service to all customers. The procurement and distribution function will incorporate at least the following:

— The use of leading edge equipment, procedures and systems to ensure the safe, on time delivery of quality foodservice for Virgin Trains customers;
— The daily supply of all purchased products to trains throughout the UK, ensuring maximum availability and customer choice at all times;
— Picking and packing for all required services;
— Final mile delivery to the train door;
— Stripping of designated services;
— Washing and cleaning of on-board equipment;
