NHS TDA requires post graduate certificate in health communications for up to a further 4 years and up to a further 8 cohorts (each with an anticipated minimum of 16 students).
The aims of the post graduate certificate in health communications are to:
— prepare aspiring directors of communications for board level participation,
— support the professionalisation of communications and engagement,
— increase capability and capacity in communications and engagement across the NHS,
— develop strong practitioners and future leaders,
— share learning and good practice in communications and engagement enable collaboration,
— prepare communications and engagement professionals to help deliver significant service change,
— to continue to build a cadre of high level professional communicators across the NHS.
The contract is for the design, development and delivery of the course, including full UCAS academic accreditation. Provision and management of all elements of course delivery.

II.2.4)Description of the procurement:
The contract is for the design, development and delivery of the course, including full UCAS academic accreditation (minimum 60 CATS/30 ECTS points to be awarded at the end of each cohort) and recognition within the communications industry (e.g. CIPR, CIM or similar). Provision and management of learning facilities, materials, accommodation, marketing, student application, assessment and correspondence, progress reports, evaluation and continuous improvement of the course. Arrangement of suitably qualified and experienced mentors and coaches for students. Intellectual Property of course content and structure to vest in NHS TDA.
The estimated contract value is not a target and we require to receive competitive proposals.
