Title Tender for the Provision of a Primary Care Recovery Support Service
Bournemouth Drug and Alcohol Action Team, hosted by Bournemouth Borough Council invite expressions of interest from suitably experienced, qualified and established organisations to tender for a Primary Care recovery focussed support service for residents of Bournemouth.
The Contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years subject to performance and funding. The anticipated start date is 1st April 2013. The Value of the Contract will be in the region of £700,000 over the three years.
The successful applicant will have a proven track record in delivering services, recognise the importance of the wider family and community, focus on a recovery model and social re-integration of Service Users and be required to work as part of a clearly defined treatment system with other commissioned Providers. All referrals will be received from a central Assessment and Care Co-Ordination Team.
