Home Group (on behalf of itself and potentially other bodies listed at Section VI.3 – the “eligible bodies”) is seeking to set up a Print Management framework under which eligible bodies can procure. The scope of call-offs may vary and will cover England and Scotland. This contract is for the printing, stockholding and distribution of printed items to multiple locations throughout England and Scotland. The printed items include customer materials and a huge array of marketing print such as newsletters, annual reports, brochures, leaflets, branded stationary and forms. Some orders are currently generated via an online template system accessed by up to 200 users. There is an in house Marketing and Communications team with whom the supplier works closely in procuring bespoke items. The supplier will manage the printing for a diverse range of internal stakeholders (4,000 employees) with at least 100 core users placing orders for standard items via on line catalogue both print on demand and to stock. In addition the supplier is responsible for controlling brand compliance, stocking specified items, automatically replenishing and providing fulfilment i.e. distribution, packing and online ordering. There is also a need for a photo library, digital asset library, branded printed matter like banner stands, signage, flags, outdoor advertising and promotional merchandising.(N.B. Design services are not required).
