— Lot 1 – Design of the timetables. This lot will include pocket timetables and timetables posters for our three TOCs. The supplier will be required to source the data independently of the TOC’s from Network rail as a CIF file. The supplier will need to use an industry recognised timetable system to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the data. This requirement is a franchise commitment for our TOC’s, so we will only consider suppliers who will demonstrate a successful track record of designing timetables for the railway industry. This lot should attract suppliers specialised in providing rail timetables for rail franchises.
— Lot 2 – Print and distribution of the timetables. This lot will provide the print and distribution of pocket timetables and timetables posters for our three TOCs. This requirement is a franchise commitment for our TOC’s, so we will only consider suppliers who will demonstrate a successful track record of printing and distributing timetables for the railway industry in collaboration with a design partner within specified timescales. This lot should attract suppliers who have experience in printing rail timetables.
— Lot 3 – Design, Print and Distribution of Engineering work posters (for the planning of emergency works). This lot will provide the design, print and distribution of engineering work posters for Southeastern only. The supplier will be required to work with Southeastern’s in-house train planning team to ensure delivery of the posters in timely manners. This requirement is a franchise commitment for our TOC, so we will only consider suppliers who will demonstrate a successful track record of providing engineering work posters for the railway industry. This lot will attract suppliers with large print capacity, and specialised in providing engineering work posters. This requirement is for SE only.

London Birmingham Railway Limited, Southeastern Railway Limited and Southern Railway Limited registered at 3rd Floor, 41-51 Grey St, Newcastle-upon-tyne, NE1 6EE will be part of this framework agreement. Following response to this notice and the qualification criteria, which are outlines, and ITT documents will be issued notwithstanding the existence of the Achilles Link-Up supply chain services limited’s railway industry supplier qualification scheme; tenderers will be selected on the basis of responses to this notice. Any applicant whose request to participate does not comply with all the requirements set out in this notice may be excluded from the competition. We are looking to award a 2 year fixed price contract for all rail time tabling and distribution (subject to franchise periods and terms).
