The Bay Science and Innovation Campus will be built on a 69-acre site off Fabian Way (A483) which is the main link road between Neath Port Talbot and Swansea, east of Swansea docks. The Development is programmed to start on site in April 2013 and to be ready for full occupation by September 2015.
The role of programme/project managers and cost managers will be to work as client advisors to the University and to provide expertise in contract, cost, programme, risk, value and change management.
