Office moves are normally planned to give adequate notification. In Year one it is expected the value to be approximately 150 000 GBP with a decline in Year 2. The estimated value of the framework, excluding VAT, is 200 000 GBP over the full potential period. This is an indicative amount for information only and no guarantee of future contract value should be assumed.
Please note that CBMDC cannot guarantee any volume or level of expenditure on this contract and requirements will be on an ad hoc basis. The level of spend highlighted above is purely for guidance.
The contract will run from 1.12.2012 for a period of one year with the option to extend for a further one year period pursuant to Council’s requirements.

To help support bidders, a one hour Bidders Awareness Session will be held on Wednesday, 3.10.2012 at Bradford City Hall, Committee Rm 1 from 12:00 – 13:00. Officers from Estates Management and Procurement will be in attendance to go through the tender documents and provide awareness and guidance about the tender process along with answering any questions you may have about the service being procured. Attendees are asked to bring a copy of the full set of Tender documents with them on the day (Parts A, B & C). Spaces are limited so please only one attendee from your organisation is asked to attend. Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information
Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: In accordance with Articles 45 to 50 of Directive 2004/18/EC and Regulations 23 to 25 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended) and as set out in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document that organisations will be required to complete. If an appeal regarding the award of a contract has not been successfully resolved the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/5 (as amended)) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Any such action must be brought promptly and within the time limits as defined in the above regulations. Where a contract has not been entered into the court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order the contracting authority to amend any document and may award damages. If the contract has been entered into the court has the options to award damages and/or to shorten or order the contract ineffective.
