Coventry University and Coventry University Enterprise Ltd (CUE) is seeking to award a contract for Protection Services to manage Protection Service teams campus wide plus our Student Accommodation and Technology Park and any other security services as and when required and Coventry University is now commencing the tender process for this work. Commencing 1.3.2017 the contract term will be for an initial period of 2 years, with the option to extend for 2 additional 1-year periods. The existing provision is outsourced so TUPE would apply. The appointed Provider will provide to the University and CUE Ltd a professionally managed protection service involving in excess of 50 uniformed officers and a directly employed dedicated management team to protect the University’s property, staff and students whilst on campus and to enhance an already well respected level of Customer Service/satisfaction.
