Westminster City Council seeks to engage with a suitably qualified Refuge (Domestic violence) service provider to provide support to women and children fleeing domestic abuse and who have been referred by 24 Hours National domestic violence helpline, Refuges online, women’s aid and victim support.
The service is to provide accommodation along with support services in a number of areas including:
— better managing their mental and physical health,
— developing daily living skills,
— accessing education, training and employment, along with other, positive, community based, daily activities; and
— moving-on to independent living.
