The Council is seeking a supplier to provide both Surface Condition Assessment of the National Network of Roads (SCANNER) surveys and Sideways-force Coefficient Routine Investigation Machine (SCRIM) surveys, throughout the county. The contract will be a single supplier agreement, using the NEC4 term service short contract for a period of 3 years with a possible 2-year extension in one year increments. The total value of the contract is estimated to be approximately 230 000 GBP. There is no guaranteed minimum value of work that may be commissioned through the contract.
