The FCA wants to run a programme to accelerate the effectiveness of newly promoted senior leaders. The programme, will consist of several short small group workshops combined with several 1 to 1 coaching sessions, the programme will refresh the expertise of participants on how best to negotiate transition quickly and effectively at the FCA and prepare them to contribute to leading the organisation as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) of the FCA. It will enable them to step back from their immediate workload and reflect on what they would like to achieve in the future and who they need to influence for success. The programme will also build networks between small groups of Heads of Department (HoDs) and Directors who have joined the SLT at about the same time.
It is envisaged the programme will run between 5 to 7 times a year for groups of 4-6 people.
