Objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates: All interested parties will submit a note of interest and return a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire by the due date. The objective criteria for choosing the limited number of candidates is detailed in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.The objective criteria is in accordance with clauses 23, 24, 25 and 26, Selection of Economic Operators, Public Contacts (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
Each submitted Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be assessed. It is intended to invite all Organisations that meet the minimum requirements of suitability to do business with. The reasons for disqualifying/ excluding organisations from the tender invitation list are detailed under the relevant groupings of questions in the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire. All evaluation information is included with the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
