II.3)Short description of the specific contract:

North Lincolnshire Borough Council is inviting operators to submit an indicative tender to be included on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) relating to the provision of long-term taxi services. North Lincolnshire Council is seeking to go out to tender for contracts commencing September 2012 and as such any operator not yet submitted to the Dynamic Purchasing System may apply by submitting an indicative tender no later than 12noon on 10.5.2012. The council intends to use an electronic reverse auction to seek bids for the contracts commencing September 2012. To be included on the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) operators will have to satisfy the council that they meet minimum quality standards as set out in the indicative tender documentation. For full details of how the DPS List will be operated see Section B Background.
Information. Interested parties must download the indicative tender document and upload completed via SCMS http://scms.alito.co.uk/ no later than 12noon 10.5.2012.
