Norfolk County Council wishes to enter into a contract for a service to manage and co-ordinate the Transport and Treatment/Disposal of Landfill Leachate produced from selected Norfolk County Council’s closed landfill sites.
The principal purpose of the contract is to enable the Council to perform this duty by disposing of excess landfill Leachate offsite at a legally compliant disposal facility. The contract is for the transport from sites, all of which are within the Norfolk County boundary, to a suitable treatment plant for treatment and disposal. Norfolk County Council has split this procurement in to 6 Lots.
The Council is looking to award a contract to a successful applicant to provide the Transport and Treatment / Disposals Services for Landfill Leachate as detailed in the ITT and associated documentation.
