The Agency must have extensive knowledge and contacts with US media and can ensure the delivery of media coverage and profile raising activity in the USA.

Queen’s is looking to employ the services of a US PR agency, with a proven track record of working with universities, to raise its profile and brand in the USA. The required objectives of this engagement include:
— increased media coverage for the University in US news outlets,
— increased ‘experts for comment’ pitches and securing media platforms,
— increased brand awareness,
— increased number of speaking engagements for University academics.

This authority will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to Tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
