Sanctuary Group is a leading national housing and care provider, managing around 94,000 homes throughout England and Scotland. With a multi million pound turnover and staff numbers of around 9,500, Sanctuary successfully provides a diverse range of services across a group structure including general rented, retirement living, supported accommodation, student and key worker accommodation and care homes.
The current Sanctuary Wide Area Network (WAN) is made up of circa 800 sites. All sites connect back to a “state of the art” Data Centre based at the Group’s Central Services offices in Worcester. The Data Centre hosts the Group’s Citrix Platform which provides access to all applications. At present there are circa 134 MPLS/ EFM circuits and circa 590 DSL dedicated circuits.
This contract notice is to upgrade/migrate the existing WAN to a more cost-effective service, with suitable technology and service provisions.
