Oxford Brookes University is seeking suitable tenders for the provision of a Full Economic Costing (fEC) system for Research, Consultancy and CPD projects to replace the current end of life system (pFACT). The system must be intuitive to use, and be able to meet all the HEFCE’s definitions of fEC for both costing and pricing externally funded projects.
