This tender is for the provision of a new Leisure Management System to replace an existing solution that is no longer fit for purpose.

The LMS is expected to provide a self-service facility to customers for memberships, class and course bookings, including the ability to pay online and set-up direct debits. It should be possible for tutors/coaches to compile and access course notes and lesson plans, update registers and store feedback on the sessions.
Our existing LMS will continue to be used for facilitating bookings until the new system is ready to go live.
The system is expected be able to send email and SMS messages to customers and coaches. It expected to be available both on and off site, and also provide the capability for the off-line storage of data which can be uploaded at a later date. The LMS is expected to be able to interact and exchange data with other corporate systems at the University, e.g. the student information systems Oracle, SQL server and MYSQL databases and the finance systems Quercus and Dimensions, and provide a comprehensive reporting functionality.
