The Council and its partners have published a Joint Domestic Abuse Commissioning Strategy and wishes to re-commission preventative and supportive services for those effected by Domestic Abuse, with clear outcomes for service users.

The Council wishes to procure preventative and support services for children, young people and adult survivors (both male and female), ready for these services to begin delivery from 1.10.2017. The successful tenderer(s) will be required to work in close partnership with the Council, Powys Teaching Health Board, Dyfed Powys Police and other key partner agencies, including community groups.

Services will be delivered in Lot 1 — North and Lot 2 — South, and the Council welcomes collaborative/consortium tenders for individual or both lots.

Tenderers can bid for 1 or both Lots.
