— An intuitive, interactive journey to guide employees simply through our range of employee benefits and their choices;
— Values and information on company benefits via links/docs within the site;
— The functionality for employees to select benefits via the system and provide payroll with reports to have the costs deducted via payroll;
— The ability to show the benefits of salary sacrifice and other key cause and effect tools to show outcomes for various benefits;
— The ability to send targeted messages to employees and specific groups based on events, promotion of benefits, changes in legislation or eligibility — via the web site, e-mails or text, and generated either manually or via automated triggers/events;
— The ability to host an on-line payslip and total reward statement;
— Management Information reports;
— Straight through processing via direct interfaces with providers, HR and payroll systems to facilitate robust data processing and streamlines system administration protocols;
— Single sign on capability via company systems and secure access from any web enabled device when outside of company systems, as well as offline support communications and tools.
The option will be included within the tender documents to provide a proposal for consultancy support. This can be provided as an optional extra or packaged with the web-based platform offering. Note: we will require all consultancy related work and costs to be detailed separately’.
