CPI is seeking a Supplier to supply two (2) autoclaves for the new National Biologics Manufacturing Centre (NBMC) which is due to be completed by March 2015.
CPI has detailed within this suite of documents, the minimum requirements of the required system along with the desirable and essential operating outputs. Tenderers are requested to review these documents and propose a solution/equipment set which meets the specification and is capable of being integrated into the new facility.
Decontaminating and Sterilising Autoclaves:
The autoclaves will be used to sterilise equipment, liquids and to decontaminate waste. This system will interface with,
— Facility and Clean Room design and specification;
— Water Highly Purified (WHP);
— Pure steam;
— Compressed (process) air;
— Black utilities (Process water, drains, etc.).
Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 200 000 and 600 000 GBP
