Tender for the supply, installation and maintenance of a ticket sales and crm system for bradford theatres.
The supplier shall be expected to supply, install and maintain a box office ticketing and CRM system, as a stand-alone system with the ability to sell for other venues on a agency basis at a later date if required.
The scope of system will include:
— to provide ticket sales function for box office counter sales, telephone bookings and ecommerce.
— to provide data analysis and intelligence for CRM, marketing and finance functions.
— to work with the Council’s I.T. contractor during the installation and configuration of the system.
— to migrate data from the existing box office system
— to maintain the ticketing and CRM system software and provide support as appropriate.
— to train theatres sales, finance and marketing staff to use the system efficiently.
