The Trust currently has a requirement for next generation sequencing reagent kits.

The North Thames NHS genomic laboratory hub is seeking a supplier of next generation sequencing (NGS) human exome kits which will be used to deliver high-throughput, high quality panel testing within the NHS genomic medicine service.

Estimated yearly usage = 190 units (to provide 12 200 test).

The authority is looking to appoint to a sole supplier for the provision of the requirement. The contract will be for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 periods of 12 months, pending price and performance.
