Plus Dane Housing Ltd requires a cloud hosted, fully integrated, HR, OD &, HMRC compliant, Payroll solution that can be accessed securely by its employees, managers and service specialists ie People Team, Health and Safety Team and vehicle management staff. The solution will positively support HR Management, payroll processing, pension administration, Talent Management, recruitment and reporting. It would also be desirable to use the system in the management of the Health and Safety function and the organisation’s vehicle fleet.
Plus Dane Housing Ltd wishes to secure a partner to deliver a modern, commercial off the shelf (COTS) solution that supports our aspiration to an agile working approach. The solution should be resilient and flexible in order to underpin high quality service delivery that is fit for purpose both now and in the future.
Plus Dane Housing Ltd’s current People Management System is used by the People Team, which comprises of Human Resource (HR), Organisational Development (OD) and Payroll. It is used to provide HR, OD and payroll services to all 558 PDH staff.
