London Borough of Hackney is seeking to establish two contracts through this tender exercise.
The first contract is for the provision of an Online Parking Permission Management Solution which will enable its customers to manage all aspects of parking via an account – based system.
The second contract is for the provision of a Notice Processing System which will improve the service we provide to our Customers and deliver operational benefits to the Council.
Duration for each contract will be an initial term of five years with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years.

1)Short description

The London Borough of Hackney requires an Online Parking Permission Management Solution which will enable customers manage all aspects of parking in one place, including applying for, purchasing and activating a range of virtual permits, virtual vouchers, dispensations and suspensions.
The successful service provider would also be required to run the Council’s Mobile Phone Payments Service, used by customers to pay for short stay parking within the borough.
