L&Q Group seeks interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in order to select 1 Nr contractor to enter into contract to deliver the programme of Cyclical Painting and Associated Works in the South East and Thames regional hub.
The work will include but not be limited to the following:
Cyclical Decorations — both to external and internal communal areas.
Redecoration of ‘Fair Rent’ residents’ homes.
Ad-hoc repairs to windows and doors.
Ad-hoc repairs and replacement of internal flooring.
Ad-hoc external pointing and brickwork/concrete/render repairs.
The successful contractor will enter into a Partnering Contract with L&Q based on the ACA Standard Form of Contract for Term Partnering TPC 2005 with various amendments. In addition, the successful contractor will join a Strategic Alliancing Agreement with three contractors currently delivering similar works in other Hubs.

Description of these options: The contract will run for an initial period of 4 years with an option to extend (at the Contracting Authority’s discretion)for a further 6 years on an annually renewable basis. The duration of the contract will be dependent on measured performance in a number of areas including quality, meeting required high levels of delivery and continuous improvement.
