Gas servicing, maintenance, responsive repairs and associated works for all five Contracting Authorities:
— Servicing of Domestic Gas Appliances and provision of Landlord’s Gas Safety Certification (LGSRs).
— Maintenance, breakdowns and repairs to gas appliances and heating and hot water systems including smoke, heat and carbon monoxide detectors.
— Provision of 24/7-365/366 days per year response services.
— Repairs and/or safety checks to void properties and to mutual exchanges.
— Maintenance, breakdowns and repairs to heat pumps (including Nibe systems and the like and those heating and hot water systems connected and served by heat pumps.
— Responsive boiler replacement works.
— Un-vented hot water cylinder checks.
— Maintenance, breakdowns and repairs to solar thermal hot / warm water systems.
— Replacement or installation of new gas fired central heating systems.
