Description of particular conditions: The Contracting Authorities’ requirements will be set out in the MoI and pre-qualification documentation and the invitation to tender, Economic Operators must comply with all applicable fair employment, equality of treatment and anti-discrimination legislation as well as the requirements of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups (Northern Ireland) Order 2007 as a condition to the performance of the Lot Contract(s).
