Description

The Together for Families Programme in Cambridgeshire is responsible for delivering the national troubled families initiative and embedding ‘Think Family’ or whole family working across the whole workforce. This includes supporting all partners (such as Probation, Police, County and District Councils, Health providers) to adapt processes and develop skills to work in way which takes into account the needs of all family members. We are looking to develop a modular training programme which will then be supported by coaching and supervision. It is also important that the training is varied for some professional groups.
