Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council (NBBC) are seeking to commission a collection of services which aim to strengthen Nuneaton and Bedworths Third Sector service offering, and empower local residents through appropriate support and advice.
It is our intention to do this through awarding 4 Lots, one to cover each of the support services required.
Lot 1 – Community Development and Support.
Lot 2 – Volunteer Development and Support.
Lot 3 – Employment Advice Services.
Lot 4 – Advice Services for Debt, Welfare, Housing and General Advice.
Whilst we have divided the overall requirement onto Lots, this does not preclude providers from bidding for multiple lots, if they feel that they can adequately deliver elements of various services required.

It is intended that once awarded, each contract will run for an initial period of 2 years, with an optional 2 year period available subject to performance and the Councils on-going strategy.
We consider that this procurement is a Part B service under The Public Procurement Regulations 2006.
