Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust is a large acute 862 beded Trust. Consisting of 2 Hospitals Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells. Providing a full range of general hospital services and specialist cancer care. The Tunbridge Wells Hospital provides all inpatient accommodation in single rooms making it the first NHS acute hospital of its kind in the UK.
This contract is for additional ambulance provision, to provide tier 1 non emergency patient transport ambulance service to the Trust. The service will be required to transport patients to and from locations in the South East covered by Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells trust, but elements of the service could be outside the South East.
