HIE requires a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to provide a range of technical services and expertise to enable successful delivery of its webinars and associated digital content in relation to the Tourism Webinar Programme.

Total quantity or scope of tender

It is anticipated that the Framework will be awarded in March 2014, with an anticipated start date of 4 April 2014, and will be let for a period of 3 years, unless terminated in accordance with the provisions of the Framework Conditions, with HIE having the option to extend for a further one year period.

The budget currently available to deliver this Framework (over 3 years) is between £70,000 and £75,000 (excluding VAT).

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

– Employers Liability Insurance – min of £5m for each and every claim

– Public Liability Insurance – min of £1m for each and every claim

– Professional Indemnity Liability Insurance – min of £1m for each and every claim
