This notice is issued by the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The primary user under the contract is likely to be Tower Hamlets Homes, a limited company operating as an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), managing housing stock on behalf of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
The tender must be priced in sterling and payment will be made in sterling. We are not bound to award any Contract and reserve the right to cancel the tendering process at any time.
The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
